The following  Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of the Atlanta Fine Homes, LLC Auction. By bidding, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions.


1. Atlanta Fine Homes, LLC  (AFH) reserves the right to:

• Reject or remove bids at our discretion and without prior notification.

• ​Withdraw any item before the close of the auction.

2.  Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final.

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued.​

3. Liability

• Atlanta Fine Homes, LLC nor our affiliates are responsible for any damage, loss, or injury related to purchased items after the transfer of ownership.

• Atlanta Fine Homes, LLS nor our affiliates are responsible for any damage, loss, or injury incurred by the buyer during the process of obtaining purchased items.

• Ownership of purchased items passes to the buyer immediately upon pick up.

• All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees.

5. Acceptance of Terms
